automatic combination of 2 end-bar quaver rests in 6/8 time

In 6/8 time, if you enter two crotchets at the beginning of the bar, Sibelius should automatically combine the last two quaver rests into a crotchet rest, not leave them as two quaver rests. Except for the slowest of tempos, that bar really has a ¾ feel. I would say the same even if two crotchets are first and last in the bar.

Bugs

Improve position of rests' dots on 2-line staff

When on a 2-line staff, augmentation points of rests shorter than a half note always collide with the staff lines. This makes them unreadable; changing the distance between staff lines doesn't help.

Moving the dot automatically a half space downwards, or adding this as a settable parameter, would correct this issue.

The attached image shows the problem.

Show bar rests: separate setting for score and parts

I'd love to be able to set "Show bar rests" (in Engraving Rules) separately for score and parts.

One common scenario would be to hide them in the score (for a structurally cleaner look) but show them in the parts (to go that extra mile, in order to make musicians feel at home).

Copy bar rests in voice 2

It's currently default that a bar with notes in voice 1 and a bar-rest in voice 2 will copy without carrying the voice 2 rest. In the majority of cases a bar-rest in voice 2 is used to show a second instrument tacet, in which case it should be copied as well... and by default. If the user only needs voice 1, they should be required to select only voice 1.

When 'r' is pushed, repeat selected rests as is done for notes

When you select a note and push the 'r' key, that note is repeated, or if you select a group of notes and push 'r' they are all repeated. However, it would be only logical (and nice) for rests to work the same way. Currently if you select any type of rest and push 'r', nothing happens.

Notes AND Rests Filter

So often I want to copy only the notes AND rests from a bar, but with chord changes, dynamics, text, etc. I can only quickly select the notes. Often that's enough, but there are plenty of times when a phrase begins with a rest that if included in the selection would make pasting much quicker.
