If the final note before a repeat ending has a tie or slur leading into the end-repeat bars, then only the first repeat bar sequence engraves or plays back the tie/slur correctly. The 2nd (and higher) repeat bar sequences do not display an inward tie/slur finishing in them, nor does the tie/slur play back correctly.

It is a common convention that, if a singer should not pause or breathe between two notes, then that is indicated in the lyric line with a symbol resembling a musical tie, stretching between the lyric items attached to those two notes. Currently, Sibelius does not allow you to create ties between notes in an arpeggiated chord to the full blocked chord, as shown to the left. The Sibelius Reference Guide (excerpt in 2nd attachment) admits this can only be done by manually by resizing the ties.
