Allow enharmonic spelling changes in parts w/o changing in score

For transposing instrumental parts, where the score is notated at concert pitch, it is often desirable to re-spell certain accidentals. However there should be an option to not allow these re-spellings to change the non-transposed spellings in the score. Currently, one must make a new .sib file for these particular parts in order to not adversely effect the full score.

Playback of grace notes

Sibelius' playback of grace notes is often unacceptable. Sibelius plays back all grace notes as acciacaturas: i.e., before the beat and very quickly. I find the only way to get appogiaturas to play back correctly as they would be performed by informed live musicians is to notate them rhythmically as regular notes, possibly with an accent mark. Visually, that negates the intention of the composer who wanted appogiaturas ...more »

Saving workspace in dual-screen mode (user-friendly)

Sibelius is installed on a computer with 2 monitors. One for the program and the score/part, - the other for the mixer, inspector, ideas, transport, navigation etc.

Whenever I open a new score I have to drag everything to the right place. The "setting custom view option" in the property-box doesn't help.

I would like to save this workspace so whenever I start with a new score everything is where I want it to be.

REWIRE 64-bit

Currently, Sibelius can only communicate with a DAW that is in 32-bit mode. Like many other people, I use Sonar in 64-bit mode. I bought Sibelius specifically TO use Rewire and now it's useless to me.

I am requesting that Sibelius create a patch that allows Sibelius 7 to communicate with 64-bit DAW. Thank you.
