Slurs attach to cross-staff notes incorrectly

If a slur either starts or ends on a cross-staff note, then the slur attaches incorrectly to a point where the note would have been on its original staff, had it not been crossed to the other staff. See attached graphic for clarity: the slur shown was created from the third to the fourth note, both of which are cross-staff notes. Features

copy articulations

I would love a way to intelligently copy slurs and articulations. For instance, once I select a bar with my (already entered) desired markings, I can copy said markings to ONLY the bars I want. Finale has something similar in their "smartfind and paint". This would save me alot of time

So, the slur shown in fact terminates in the first bar of the next system (which is not shown in the graphics). The slur shown should appear to be clipped at the right-hand margin of the current staff. But, as can be seen in the first attached graphic, the slur in fact ends by dangling incorrectly ...more »

Sibelius 8.6.1 legato wrong position for ID change

Hello, I encounter a problem after updating Sibelius from 8.6.0 to 8.6.1. I'm using special soundsets from http://www.soundsetproject.com for using Sibelius with EWQL Play Hollywood Orchestra. The soundsets work well from Sibelius 7.5 to 8.6.0. There are differences in midi messages sent when doing a decrescendo (and possibly a crescendo) with slur notes between version 8.6.0 and 8.6.1 and it makes sound wrong. The ...more »
