In a piano score would be very interesting if the dynamics stay centered between the two staves automatically regardless of the distance between them.
If you write a mesure with four or more chords, the layout tends to get cluttered, and possibly you have to adjust the space between the notes manually to resolve this problem. The Sibelius therefore also could use the chords as a reference to calculate the space between the notes and so do a cleaner layout automatically.
When we try to add one or more measures at the beginning of a score, Sibelius makes a tremendous mess, as shown in the attached image. This is because the title, subtitle, name of lyricist and composer, among other information, are tied to the first bar. I would very much like the next version of Sibelius come with the possibility of hyphenation in Portuguese (my native language). Several times I got a text already typed in Word and would like to copy and paste into Sibelius, but hit the wrong hyphenation just giving me a lot of work.
Improving the functioning of the lines as the trill, glissandos in the "LINE" menu. Today it is necessary to manually adjust the ends of the chosen line. It would be nice for this to happen automatically.
When you're playing a score with signs of repetition and have to stop to do some adjustment, to resume playback, Sibelius starts again as if for the first time. It would be important to be able to restart the playback also the second repetition, because then you can save time.
